    IMPLEMENTATION DESCRIPTION

    Preparing design and cost estimation documentation with establishing transmission easement and executing author’s supervision for the prospective fulfilment of the following task: “Designed 110 kV Nowy Żmigród – Iwonicz line”

    EMCA Volt Sp. z o.o. implements the following investment “Preparing design and cost estimation documentation with establishing transmission easement and executing author’s supervision for the prospective fulfilment of the following task: “Designed 110 kV Nowy Żmigród – Iwonicz line”

    The scope of the works performed include all the activities connected with preparing complete design documentation for the public purpose investment important in terms of modernising a distribution network in podkarpackie voivodeship and its development opportunities. 

    The scope of the works includes the following:

    obtaining a right to dispose real estates for construction purposes within the Line route – establishing transmission easement

    carrying out all indispensable arrangements with underground development usufructuaries, land owners, competent public administration bodies, 

    • carrying out project arrangements for the facilities in the conservator’s protection zone or in the natural environment protection zone
    • obtaining all necessary geodetic documents, excerpts of land registeres, localisation decisions or obtaining excerpts from MPSD,
    • performing required analyses, studies, water law documentation, geological documentation, environmental impact documentation,
    • arranging the change in land use class, including in connection with agricultural and forest lands
    • obtaining  construction permit

    The Line route has approx. 28 km and runs through the following podkarpackie voivodeship terrains:

    • jasielski poviat, Nowy Żmigród commune,
    • krośnieński poviat, the communes specified below: Chorkówka, Dukla, Miejsce Piastowe, Iwonicz –Zdrój.

    The technological belt width of the line is 18 m.

    The optimal course of the line route is consulted with self-government authorities and local communities in order to reduce interference with the life of inhabitants and natural environment.

    The following modern solutions are applied in the designed line:

    • lightning wires with OPGW optical fibres,
    • working wires AFL-6 240 mm2,
    • porcelain insulation,
    • steel foundations and structures.
